ERROR: IMAP server closed the connection. Server responded:* BYE Internal login failure. [RESOLVED]

[09:25]  You may be seeing this error message when trying to log in to webmail.  The systems administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it now.  We will post an update here when we have more information.

[09:33]  Servers are now being rebooted.

[09:38]  Normal service has now been restored.  Webmail and client access should be working again.

[09:40]  Just received reports that there are still IMAP issues that are affecting webmail and client logins.  Investigating now.

[09:54]  Some servers seem to be starting to run normally again, though not all yet.  We are monitoring their progress at the moment, and are still working on resolving webmail login problems.

[10:30]  Servers appear to be back up and running, but webmail is still running slow and access is intermittent.

[10:45]  Access has been restored and service has stabilised.  Webmail may still be slow for a bit longer due to the traffic, but should be back up to normal speed soon.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Re-connecting

Concordia Alumni Connect is a great place to reconnect with fellow alumni, gain industry knowledge and share career expertise and opportunities with each other and the next generation of Concordia Alumni.

Professional Network

Trying to get back in touch with old classmates? Or to find alumni in your area or field of work? Find the connections you need to further your career or business.

Concordia Map

This map helps you see where in the country, or indeed the world, other Concordia alumni are based.

This could be useful if you are visiting an area for a holiday, on business, or completely relocating to a new place and keen to connect with others who share your experiences of Concordia!

eMentoring Platform

The eMentoring platform is designed to help alumni and graduating students connect so that alumni can advise and give guidance to Concordia alumni embarking on their chosen careers. This could be anything from a few emails or checking a CV/application, to meeting face to face or even offering work experience.

The idea is that alumni can donate as much or as little of their time as they can spare to helping those in need of a helping hand at the beginning of their careers.
